Becoming Involved with ASET

ASET is looking for people with an interest in work-based/placement learning and employability issues to play a part in the next phase of the development and expansion of the organisation.

ASET is has four networks which have a specific focus on a key area of activity. ASET is interested in people who would like to join one or more of the following networks:

• Staff Development and Events
• Membership and Marketing
• Research and Publications
• Best Practice (including Legal)

Networks are generally email orientated task groups, but do occasionally meet as and when required. In these cases travel expenses can be paid for by ASET.

The convenors of these networks sit on ASET’s governing Executive Committee and feed into and take direction from that.

If you would like to become involved in any way in the organisation (be it small or large), we would be keen to hear from you.

If you are interested, please contact the ASET Office or complete the an ASET interest form.
