Terms and Conditions
You will receive email confirmation of your reservation once your online booking has been received. Further information such as maps and travel directions will be sent out nearer the day. If you have not heard from us 7 days prior to the event, please contact ASET. Payment is due before the event. We regret that cancellations within 2 weeks of an event will incur a 50% charge to cover venue and administration costs and cancellations within 48 hours of an event and "no-shows" on the day, will be charged in full. You may nominate a substitute delegate from your institution to take your place. Fees include access, materials, lunch and refreshments. If you have a disability that means that you would get more from the event if we made some adjustments, please let us know how we can help. In particular please highlight any special access / technical requirements that we can make provisions for so that we can arrange these well in advance.
