    ASET reserves the right to change the programme at any time before the event. Confirmation of your reservation will be issued once your online booking has been received. Please get in touch if you do not receive an acknowledgement of your booking. Payment is required in advance of all events, and joining details for online events will only be issued (24-48 hours in advance) once a PO number has been received, or credit card payment made. We regret that cancellations within 2 weeks of an event will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 48 hours and 'no-shows' on the day, will be charged in full. You may nominate a substitute delegate from your institution to take your place. Fees include access and materials.
