Student Wellbeing and Placements

The placement lifecycle can impact (positively as well as negatively) on the wellbeing of our students. Within this workshop we will consider common challenges that may be faced by placement practitioners, students and placement partners.

Within this workshop we will consider the placement lifecycle and the key stakeholders in work based and placement learning to identify pressure points along with support that may be required at any stage. Participants will explore active listening and consider individual and institutional approaches to supporting student wellbeing.
