ASET reserves the right to change the programme at any time before the event. Confirmation of your reservation will be issued once your online booking has been received. Please get in touch if you do not receive an acknowledgement of your booking. You will need the latest version of Zoom and a stable internet connection for the best experience of this online programme. Payment is required in advance of all events and joining details for online events will only be issued (24-48 hours in advance) once a PO number has been received, or credit card payment made. We regret that cancellations within 4 weeks of this event will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 2 weeks and ‘no-shows’ on the day, will be charged in full. You may nominate a substitute delegate from your institution to take your place.
