This ASET workshop will focus on how AI can be used and harnessed by ASET members, typically placement practitioners, in their day-to-day work. This workshop will introduce delegates to a range of AI tools available to them and discuss their application within the context of delivering quality Work Based and Placement Learning (WBPL).
This workshop is a must for those looking to know the difference between generative AI and robotic process automation and how these new tools and software can be incorporated into your working practice.
The session will cover the basics of AI, with an introduction to robotic process automation, getting started with building chatbots and will include our trainers hints and tips on how to get the most out of generative AI. With practical and engaging activities to get you started, or implementing improvements, with using AI there will be plenty to take away from the session.
whilst the focus of this session will be on the practical application of AI within the context of your job and role, we will also touch on supporting students with their use of AI in an age of digital transformation.
