Coaching skills and strategies can be effective across much of the placement cycle – but particularly in placement preparation.
This workshop will focus on key aspects of coaching such as building strong relationships through curiosity and listening well, combined with a focus on being purposeful through powerful questioning and action planning. Participants will be presented with styles and approaches plus coaching tools and techniques for developing practice.
