    Within this workshop we will consider the operational aspects of risk management for work based and placement learning. Delegates will examine the use of Risk Profiling to make informed judgements, explore risk within the domestic and international context and appraise how they and others engage learners in the risk management process.

Within the session course delegates will consider the planning, delivery and development of effective activities and build a toolkit of interactive activities that focus on employability skills and work based and placement decision making.
