Victoria is the Partnership Lead within the Faculty of Health and Education at Manchester Metropolitan University. Since joining Manchester Met in 2012 Victoria has been working with external organisations and academic colleagues to develop authentic experiential learning opportunities for BA (Hons) Integrated Health and Social Care, BSc (Hons) and MSc Psychology and BSc (Hons) Nutritional Sciences and, more recently, BA (Hons) Education Studies and Early Years and Childhood Studies. 

Victoria is passionate about creating true partnerships and she has a large network of placement organisations with whom she works to create bespoke opportunities for MMU students. This experience of working with a varied network of external partners to scale up and innovate work integrated learning (WIL) currently forms a research interest for Victoria and she is in the process of writing up her experience of scaling up a model of WIL.

As an active member of our Staff Development Specialist Group and an ASET Associate, Victoria has been involved in the work of ASET for a number of years and joined our team of trustees as a co-opt in April 2025.
